The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation provided the funding for development of BostonStrategy.com and two related documentary videos: "Stories of Change" and "Unlikely Alliances." The Foundation's mission is to improve the health and health care of all Americans. Remaining faithful to our mission means keeping our commitment to the American people in everything we do from encouraging healthier living and the conditions that promote better health to promoting positive changes in the way health care is delivered in this country. Pursuant to its mission, the Foundation recognizes gun violence as a significant threat to the well being of the nation's youth. Through the documentation and dissemination of Boston's story, RWJF seeks to provide valuable information, ideas, and connections to support everyone working to counteract this threat.
